Buffer Lab is the trading name used for this online store. The registered office is not a return address. Please do not send parcels to it. Return instructions are provided after contacting customer service.

2. SCOPE

These Terms apply to the use of the Buffer Lab website and to purchases made through the online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

3. PRODUCTS AND COSMETIC USE

We aim to describe and display every product accurately. Colours and packaging may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and packaging may be updated without changing the essential product.

Buffer Lab products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Individual results and skin responses may vary.

Read the product instructions and complete ingredient list before use. A patch test is recommended before first use, especially if your skin is sensitive or reactive. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you have a known allergy or medical skin condition, seek appropriate professional advice.

4. ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. After submission, you will receive an automated order confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, order information appears incorrect, fraud is suspected or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount charged for the cancelled items will be refunded.

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and offer a refund or another solution acceptable to you.

5. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfilment has begun. If cancellation is no longer possible, you may exercise your applicable return or withdrawal rights after delivery.

6. PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR). The product price applicable to your order is the price shown when the order is placed. We may change prices at any time without affecting orders already accepted.

The total payable amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges, is displayed before the order is confirmed. Payment is required when ordering and may be made using the methods offered at checkout.

Payments are processed by independent payment service providers. Buffer Lab does not receive or store complete payment-card details.

7. DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, validity periods and availability. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.

8. DELIVERY

We deliver only to destinations available at checkout. Orders are prepared by an EU-based fulfilment partner. Processing and delivery estimates are described in the Shipping Policy.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and delivery information. Contact us immediately if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment begins.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you or a person nominated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

9. DELAYS AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, strikes, public holidays, customs procedures or incorrect delivery information.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal or repeated failed delivery, we will contact you. Reasonable additional delivery costs may apply before resending.

10. EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are an EU consumer, you generally have 14 calendar days from the day you or a person nominated by you receives the goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement to [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] before the withdrawal period expires. Include your name, order number and the products concerned. We will provide return instructions. After notifying us, you must send eligible products back within 14 days.

The customer normally pays the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. Where required by law, we refund the price of eligible returned goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order. Additional costs for an upgraded or express delivery method are not refunded.

Refunds are made using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they were sent, whichever occurs first.

11. SEALED COSMETICS AND HYGIENE

The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after their genuine seal has been broken following delivery.

This exception is assessed for each product. It is not a blanket exclusion covering every cosmetic product. Products that remain sealed, unused and otherwise eligible may be returned under the statutory withdrawal right.

12. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged, is faulty or differs from what you ordered, contact us promptly and provide your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.

We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, which may include replacement, repair, price reduction or refund. Reasonable return costs for confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are borne by us.

13. LEGAL GUARANTEE

Goods supplied to EU consumers are covered by the applicable statutory legal guarantee of conformity, which is at least two years under EU rules. These rights apply independently of the voluntary return process and cannot be excluded by these Terms.

14. RETURNS

Returns must follow the Refund and Returns Policy. Do not send products to the registered office. Contact customer service first to receive the correct return address and practical instructions. Contacting us is for arranging the return and does not make a statutory right dependent on our permission.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website, Buffer Lab name, logo, original text, graphics and other store content are owned by VPG Technicians, MB or used under licence. They may not be copied, republished or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

16. WEBSITE USE

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, scrape personal data or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Third-party links may be provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party websites or their independent practices.

17. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Any limitation is subject to the mandatory protections available to consumers.

18. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such circumstances and resume performance when possible.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you live in another country, this does not remove mandatory consumer protections available under the law of your country of residence.

Contact us first if you have a complaint so that we can attempt to resolve it. Consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (VVTAT) through the Consumer Rights Information System (VTIS), or a competent consumer authority in their country.

20. CHANGES AND CONTACT

We may update these Terms when necessary. The version in effect when your order was placed applies to that order.
