1. DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

Buffer Lab delivers to the countries currently available for selection at checkout. Delivery availability may change as we expand our European markets. If a country cannot be selected during checkout, we are not currently able to accept an order for delivery there.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared by an EU-based fulfilment partner. Typical processing time is 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing does not normally take place on weekends or public holidays. During launches, promotions and peak periods, preparation may take longer.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY

For destinations within the European Union, delivery typically takes approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. The actual delivery time depends on the destination, carrier and circumstances outside our control.

4. SHIPPING COST

Available delivery options and their prices are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. We do not add undisclosed shipping charges after the order is confirmed.

5. TRACKING

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation containing the tracking link or number is sent to the email address provided with the order. Tracking information may take a short time to update after dispatch.

6. DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, name, telephone number and email address.

If you notice an error, contact [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] immediately. We will try to correct it, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment has begun.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal or repeated failed delivery, reasonable additional shipping costs may apply before it is resent.

7. DELAYS

Deliveries may be affected by carrier disruption, public holidays, severe weather, strikes, customs procedures, peak periods or other events outside our reasonable control.

If tracking has not updated for an unusually long period, contact us with your order number so that we can investigate with the fulfilment partner or carrier.

8. SEPARATE PARCELS

Where necessary for fulfilment, products from one order may be sent in separate parcels. If this happens, you will not be charged an additional shipping fee that was not disclosed at checkout.

9. DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the external packaging before opening it. If a product is damaged, incorrect or missing, contact [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] promptly with:

- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and affected product.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

10. NON-EU DELIVERY

If delivery outside the EU becomes available at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for local import duties, taxes or customs charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Buffer Lab.
