We normally respond within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays. During launches, promotions or other busy periods, responses may take slightly longer.
When contacting us about an existing order, please include:
- your full name;
- order number;
- the email address used for the order;
- a clear description of your question;
- relevant photographs if a product or parcel arrived damaged.

RETURNS
The registered office is not a return address.
To start a return, email us with your name, order number and the products concerned. We will provide the correct return address and shipping instructions.
Please do not send products to the registered office or return a parcel without first contacting customer service.
