Where are Buffer Lab products made?

Buffer Lab products are manufactured in the European Union using European formulation and manufacturing partners. All formulations comply with EU cosmetics regulations.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship across Europe, including the United Kingdom, as well as to the United States.

Available shipping options and delivery costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery within the EU is approximately 5–10 business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier schedules, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and order details. The exact cost is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. No hidden charges are added after checkout.

How can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where available. Please allow a few hours after dispatch for tracking to become active. If you have not received a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible using the customer service email shown on this website if you need to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once fulfilment has begun. If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow the returns process after delivery.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, contact us using the customer service email shown on this website and include your order number. We will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Please do not send products to the company's registered office or return a parcel without first contacting us.

Can cosmetics be returned?

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without giving a reason. After notifying us, eligible goods must be returned within a further 14 days.

Please note: under EU law, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded from the right of withdrawal once the genuine hygiene seal has been broken. This exception applies only where the seal has actually been broken after delivery. Products that remain sealed and unused are not affected by this exception and may be returned under the standard withdrawal right.

What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?

We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

Are Buffer Lab products suitable for sensitive-feeling skin?

Suitability depends on the specific formula and your individual skin. We recommend reading the full ingredient list (INCI) for each product, which is available on every product page and on the packaging. If you have known sensitivities or a skin condition, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before introducing new skincare products.

Should I patch test?

We recommend patch testing any new skincare product before full application. Apply a small amount to a discreet area of skin and wait 24–48 hours to observe any reaction. Patch testing reduces the risk of an unwanted reaction but cannot guarantee that one will not occur.

Where can I find the full ingredient list (INCI)?

The complete INCI ingredient list for each product is available on the individual product page on our website and on the product packaging.

Which products are fragrance-free?

Please refer to the individual product pages for ingredient information. We distinguish between products that are genuinely fragrance-free (containing no fragrance ingredients), products with no added fragrance (which may still contain naturally occurring aromatic compounds from botanical ingredients), and products that contain fragrance. The full INCI list on each product page is the most accurate reference.

What is the recommended routine order?

The Buffer Lab routine follows this sequence:

  2. SOFT RESET — resetting step
  3. WATERLOCK — hydration step
  4. EYE BUFFER — eye area step
  5. A suitable moisturiser to finish
